Return Policy

We at The Puppet Lounge want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are guaranteed. If any item is defective, it will be replaced as well as all shipping charges. You must contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of your order to receive a return authorization number. Return of non-defective items are charged a 15% restocking fee as well as all shipping charges. All items must be in new condition with all tags attached. Do not return any items without authorization, or your package will be refused.
